Created by designer and sculptor Omer Arbel, the 84.14 Multi-Light Pendant by Bocci is a random configuration of spherical lighting elements that cluster and scatter through the space they are installed in. White glass is captured within a fine copper mesh basket and escapes through this textured surrounding with a delicate pillowed form after being plunged into hot clear glass and shaped with air. Each glass sphere has its own undulations, and the inner mesh basket sometimes folds or crinkles during the fabrication process, lending a unique touch to each element in this landscape of light.
