Weston's 15" x 18" vacuum sealer bags (model 30-0105-W) are extra large pre-cut, commercial grade bags (100 to a box) and are designed for use in the Weston Pro Series line of Vacuum Sealers (they also work on other vacuum sealers that have a 15" wide or longer sealbar. Excellent bags to hold turkey, ham or other large cuts of meat or to vacuum seal entire birds for marination purposes. (But make sure you Note the bag's dimensions before buying so you know your food will fit the bag. These bags are compatible with Ziploc, FoodSaver, heat-seal vacuum systems and various other brands* and can be boiled or microwaved (small punctures in the vacuum bag are a requirement before warming in the microwave. This item is identical to product 30-0105-K except that it is shipped in a box rather than a plastic bag and is therefore more suitable as a gift item; it is however a bit more costly. Note: Follow all food safety guidelines. It is not recommended to re-use any Vacuum Bags after they have stored raw meats, fish or greasy foods and it is not recommended to re-use Vacuum Bags after boiling or microwaving. Do not heat these Vacuum Bags in ovens or broilers.
