Weston's 11 Pound Sausage Stuffer has two speeds: a slow speed for the initial filling of the sausage casing and a faster speed that lets you refill the stuffer cylinder quickly. The air release valve on the plunger removes air during the stuffing process making for fewer air bubbles in your sausage links. The stuffer has a cylinder of gleaming stainless steel that tilts outward, enabling easy loading and cleanup; the stuffing mechanism runs steel heavy-duty gears. The metal handle is removable and the entire unit comes apart, making cleanup easier. Included with the stuffer are four tapered funnels sizes 13mm, 20mm, 30mm, & 40mm. A 13mm funnel is used for snack sticks, a 20mm funnel for bratwurst and pepperoni, a 30mm funnel for summer sausages, a 40mm funnel for assorted luncheon meats.
