It is then pulled followed by being hand rolled on the marble slabs. Next it is cut with scissors into approximately 1 inch in diameter by 1/4 inch thick pieces. Finally the candy confection is hand wrapped in wax paper with twist ends. Orders placed by midnight usually ship on the next business day.
