Translating to ‘feather’ and ‘pen’ in Spanish, the Pluma Semi-Flushmount from Estiluz leans with a graceful arch designed by Estudi Ribaudí to stand out from 100 meters away. It’s a piece made to surprise in its looks as well as its functionality. A gentle nudge and a tug on its arm rotate the piece 180-degrees and extend it over a foot respectively. Its acrylic dome shade reflects the design studio’s restrained and refined approach to design as its elegantly hooked at the end of the arm. Functioning as a light that can encompass every corner of the room when adjusted, a flip of the switch generates a soft spread of clean down lighting.
