A Ross Lovegrove creation, the Artemide New Nature Floor Lamp warmly embraces the designer's affinity for organic-infused beauty. The Amoeba-like gaps on a totemic trunk of white thermoplastic, provide plasmic exit points for the bountiful LED illumination from its two separate light sources. One source is tucked away in the base of the fixture and provides a diffused internal backlight for the sculptural form, while a powerful (and dimmable) indirect source is located near the apex, casting a deconstructed circle of light on the ceiling above.
