The Stelton Napkin Holder is a beautifully architectural and helpful accent for the tabletop, indoors and out. It is made entirely out of satin polished 18/8 stainless steel. A weighted central bar slides up and down the carrying handle to both hold napkins in place in windy weather and easily dispense them as needed.
