Its simple slide switch moves through 3 distinct fan speed settings (not including the off-setting), allowing you to adjust to your comfort level. The control replaces your current switch with a standard 2-wire installation. Once installed, it is guaranteed not to cause humming or noise when used with Quorum ceiling fans. Faceplate is included.
